1. Rule Manager
Rule Manager lets you set rules for your Shipping Manager items to automate sending. It’s a time-saving tool designed to speed up manual processes, giving you more control over your parcel deliveries. Simply add a new rule and set the conditions and actions you require. Shipping Manager will automatically implement active rules for your imported eCommerce orders, CSV uploads and manually added shipments.
2. Multiple collection addresses
If you send packages from different collection addresses, don’t spend time manually filling out the pickup address for each order!
Instead, enter your addresses in your account settings. When you create a new shipment in Shipping Manager, you can choose a pickup location from your list of saved collection addresses.
3. Bulk services
The Interparcel International Bulk Solution is for senders who regularly ship parcels or packets in volume internationally. It works by consolidating several Spring Global or Landmark Global shipments into one larger box. You then book a single collection or drop-off service, saving you time and money.
4. Interparcel Print Manager™
The Interparcel Print Manager™ is a time-saving plugin that enables direct label printing from your account. The printing plugin is free to install, and you can print your 6x4 inch labels and A4 shipping documents easily.
5. E-commerce integrations
Connect your online store or website to Interparcel to easily import and fulfil your orders in Shipping Manager. We integrate with popular eCommerce platforms like eBay, Etsy, Shopify, Squarespace and WooCommerce. Last year, we added a new integration with Zen Cart to quickly import and manage orders in one convenient platform.
For specific platforms, like Shopify, you can download the Interparcel UK Shopify app via the Shopify app store.
6. Link multiple stores within a platform
If you manage several stores within an eCommerce platform, like a personal eBay shop and a business eBay shop, you can link these stores within your one Interparcel account. It only takes a few minutes to connect to a store and fulfil orders.
7. Shipping Manager
Shipping Manager is the one-stop shop for parcel delivery. It’s where you create and validate ad-hoc deliveries, pull through eCommerce orders, and manage them all in one place. It doesn't matter if you’re a small business or an individual shipper because Shipping Manager streamlines sending. It also gives you access to the best courier services usually reserved for big companies.
8. Branded Tracking
To take tracking one step further, we created our Branded Tracking feature. Branded Tracking is an easy-to-use tool designed to support brand continuity post-purchase. You can claim a branded tracking portal free of charge and customise the subdomain, logo, background colours and promotions.
9. PrePay
PrePay is a fast and simple way of paying for your Interparcel orders. It allows you to add credit to your account from a stored card, so there's no need to enter your card details for each order. PrePay is also a great way to keep track of how much you’re spending on shipping and budget accordingly. You can either manually top up your PrePay account or set up PrePay auto top-up.
10. Parcel Presets
If you regularly send items in set box sizes, you can define them in Parcel Presets. Save the dimensions and weight of the boxes and select your parcel present when creating a new order in Shipping Manager. This tool is useful if you sell one particular product, like a subscription service.
11. CSV upload
The CSV upload feature is a simple and quick way of uploading and processing deliveries. You can upload 10,000 orders in the same time it takes to book one order manually. We offer a downloadable template for a quick upload, or you can upload your template and map out your fields.
Once uploaded, Shipping Manager double-checks the date you’ve input to determine all the information is accurate. If any data is missing, like the parcel weight or contact number, it will flag in Shipping Manager.
12. Live shipping rates
Live shipping rates allow your online buyers to see real-time delivery costs from your courier services at the checkout. Calculating live delivery costs at the checkout means you’re charging the exact amount for delivery, allowing complete transparency for your customers. Cart Quoting is available to set up for Shopify and WooCommerce stores.
