Can I drop-off an international parcel?

Yes, you can book a European or worldwide drop-off service with carriers like Parcelforce, Landmark Global and UPS.

Do you offer a Drop-Off service for pallets?

Unfortunately, our pallet delivery services are collection only. You can book a reliable pallet shipping service with Palletforce or Palletways.

How do I find my nearest Drop Off point?

Enter your postcode into our Drop Off Locator, and within seconds, we will generate your nearby locations, directions and opening hours.

Do Drop-Off services require a printer?

For UK deliveries, you can tick the 'Print In Store' option during the booking process if you prefer to print in-store. However, all international deliveries require a printer. Find out more about our printerless deliveries.

Can I switch my order from Collection to Drop Off?

If you'd like to switch your collection service to a drop-off service, speak to our customer service team. You may be eligible to switch, providing the parcel's weight and dimensions do not exceed the maximum size specified by the courier.

What is my tracking number?

If you are having issues tracking your parcel, we are here to help. Your tracking number starts with GB followed by 10 digits, e.g., GB1234567890. You can find the reference number in your order history if you have an account with us. You can find your tracking number in your order confirmation email.

When will my parcel start being tracked?

For Drop-Off services, tracking will begin once you've dropped the parcel off. This will confirm that the package is in the network. The box will then be scanned again once the courier has collected the item from the Drop Off location.
