How do I package a long item?

If you're sending a long parcel, we advise that you choose a new, suitably-size, strong cardboard box, preferably double-walled or even triple-walled with stitched or stapled seams.

Pad inside the box with protective material and secure with strong packing tape.

Can I send a long parcel internationally?

Yes, you can. However, the max length you can send internationally is 250cm (2.5m) in length with UPS. We have incorporated the customs form into the booking process to make shipping worldwide easier.

How can I check if my item is suitable to send by courier?

You must check the courier and country Prohibited & Restricted item guide when sending a parcel through one of our services to avoid delays or fines.

What is my tracking number?

If you are having issues tracking your parcel, we are here to help. Your tracking number starts with GB followed by 10 digits, e.g., GB1234567890. You can find the reference number in your order history if you have an account with us, or in your order confirmation email received after you booked.

When will my parcel start being tracked?

Parcel tracking will start from the moment your package is collected. If you opt for a collection service, the courier will scan your package as soon as it's in transit. However, sometimes the information is not uploaded until it reaches the local depot.
