If you're sending a long parcel, we advise that you choose a new, suitably-size, strong cardboard box, preferably double-walled or even triple-walled with stitched or stapled seams.

If you are having issues tracking your parcel, we are here to help. Your tracking number starts with GB followed by 10 digits, e.g., GB1234567890. You can find the reference number in your order history if you have an account with us, or in your order confirmation email received after you booked.
Parcel tracking will start from the moment your package is collected. If you opt for a collection service, the courier will scan your package as soon as it's in transit. However, sometimes the information is not uploaded until it reaches the local depot.
