Do I need to complete a customs form for international shipping?

Every shipment leaving the UK must include an accompanying customs invoice. We've integrated the customs form within our booking process to help take the stress out of sending. You can find out more about completing a commercial invoice here.

How long does it take to send a parcel from the UK to the rest of the world?

We offer a range of international Economy, Express and Timed parcel delivery services to meet all requirements. Transit times vary from country to country. Enter your parcel details and delivery postcode into our online quote tool for an instant list of quotes.

Can I send a pallet internationally?

Unfortunately, at the moment, pallet delivery is available within the UK only.

How do I package my item for worldwide shipping?

If you're planning to send a package overseas, we advise you choose a suitable cardboard box for your goods. The cardboard box must be big enough to attach relevant shipping labels and documentation. Wrap the item in protective packaging, pad the inside of the box with cushioning material, and secure with strong packing tape. For more information, read our helpful blog.

What is my tracking number?

If you are having issues tracking your parcel, we are here to help. Your tracking number starts with GB followed by 10 digits, e.g., GB1234567890. You can find your tracking number in your order confirmation email. You can find the reference number in your order history if you have an account with us.

When will my parcel start being tracked?

Our mobile-friendly website lets you track your shipment on the move with a mobile or tablet device. Parcel tracking will start from the moment your package is collected. If you opt for collection service, the courier will scan your package as soon as it's picked. However, sometimes the information is not uploaded until it reaches the local depot.
