What time will my parcel be collected?

Collection times vary from carrier to carrier but they are not guaranteed. Typically, couriers will collect parcels anytime between 9 am-5 pm unless you choose a Same Day delivery service.

What if i'm not going to be at the collection address?

If you can't wait in for a courier to collect your parcel, please do not leave your parcel outside. Instead, explore our range of Drop-Off services. You can drop your package off at a nearby store or locker on a day and time that suits you. We offer parcel collection from home and business addresses.

Do I need a printer for parcel collection services?

We offer a range of 'No Printer Needed' UK Collection and Drop Off services. However, all senders require a printer for international orders.

What is my tracking number?

If you are having issues tracking your parcel, we are here to help. Your tracking number starts with GB followed by 10 digits, e.g., GB1234567890. You can find the reference number in your order history if you have an account with us. You can also find your tracking number in your order confirmation email.

When will my parcel start being tracked?

Parcel tracking will start from the moment your package is collected. If you opt for a collection service, the courier will scan your package as soon as it's picked. However, sometimes the information is not uploaded until it reaches the local depot.
