I do not require a full pallet. Are there other pallet sizes available?
Yes, you can select how many of each standard pallet you are sending during the booking process. You will have a choice of 5 pallet sizes: Mini Quarter, Quarter, Half, Light, and Full.
Does Interparcel offer international pallet shipping?
No, at the moment pallet delivery is available within the UK only.
Do Interparcel supply the wooden pallet(s) for delivery?
No, we do not supply the wooden pallets for delivery. Goods must fit on a standard wooden pallet and be shrink wrapped prior to collection.
I only have on heavy item to send that I think should be on a pallet, what should I do?
If you plan to send one item, we recommend you use our free parcel delivery quote tool to see if a more cost-effective service is available within our system. For example, Tuffnells can accommodate parcels up to 100kg and 600cm in length (without the need for a pallet).
Do I require a printer for pallet services?
You do not need a printer for any Haulable, Palletforce services but you do for all Palletways services.
What is my tracking number?
If you are having issues tracking your parcel, we are here to help. Contact our team today. Your tracking number starts with GB followed by 10 digits, e.g., GB1234567890. You can find the reference number in your order history if you have an account with us. You can find your tracking number in your order confirmation email.
When will my parcel start being tracked?
Parcel tracking will start from the moment your package is collected. If you opt for a collection service, the courier will scan your package as soon as it's in transit. However, sometimes the information is not uploaded until it reaches the local depot.
