What time will my Same Day delivery arrive?
Your parcel will be collected on the day you choose and delivered within a maximum of 24 hours (although it's often far quicker than this).
Do you offer Same Day delivery for pallets?
Unfortunately, CitySprint does not offer Same-Day delivery services for pallets.
However, Palletways Premium offers Next Day delivery pallet collection from your door and will deliver across most of the UK.
Can I book Same Day delivery for shipping outside of the UK?
Unfortunately, Same-Day delivery is only available within the UK. For fast international services, check out our range of express shipping services.
What is my tracking number?
Your tracking number starts with GB followed by 10 digits, e.g. GB1234567890. You can find your tracking number in the confirmation email when the order was placed. If you have an account with us, you can find the reference number in your order history. If you are having issues tracking your parcel, we are here to help. Contact our team today.
When will my parcel start being tracked?
Parcel tracking will start from the moment your package is collected and scanned by the courier. However, sometimes the information is not uploaded until it reaches the local depot.

Do I require a printer?
Our Same Day services are hassle-free and do not require you to use a printer to print shipping labels.
