You can filter our prohibited and restricted list by destination country and courier to check whether your item is suitable for sending overseas. Some countries have unique restricted items. For example, books are prohibited from shipment to China. Please check before you ship to avoid disappointment.

You can find your tracking number in your order confirmation email. You can find the reference number in your order history if you have an account with us.
Parcel tracking will start from the moment your package is collected. If you opt for a collection service, the courier will scan your package as soon as it's picked. However, sometimes the information is not uploaded until it reaches the local depot.
