How do eCommerce integrations work?

Interparcel integrations work by creating a direct link between your online store with the Interparcel Shipping Manager. Whether you prefer to sell on Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, eBay or Not On The High Street we can pull those orders through into your Interparcel Account. It takes just seconds to set up and you can start importing and shipping immediately! If you don't use a marketplace platform then you can also import your order data using a CSV upload or even our Interparcel API.

As soon as you've booked your deliveries, we will mark them as despatched in your eCommerce platform, and update the tracking information. You can even set up your Interparcel Account to send branded emails to your customers keeping them informed of the process.
