What is IOSS and do I need it?+
IOSS is an EU VAT scheme designed for eligible business-to-consumer distance sales. Whether you should use IOSS depends on how you sell, the value of the goods and whether a marketplace or another party is accounting for VAT. If you are IOSS registered, enter the required details accurately during booking.

Yes. European courier services booked through Interparcel include online tracking on the tracked services shown on this page. Tracking normally begins after the parcel is collected or scanned at the drop-off point, although the first update can sometimes appear at the local depot.
