How do I package a small or light item for delivery?
If you're planning to send a small or light product, we advise you choose an appropriately-sized box for your goods. Even if your item is small, the cardboard box must be big enough to attach relevant shipping labels. Wrap the item in protective packaging, pad the inside of the box with cushioning material, and secure with strong packing tape. For more information read our helpful blog.
What is my tracking number?
If you are having issues tracking your parcel, we are here to help - contact our team today. Your tracking number starts with GB followed by 10 digits, e.g., GB1234567890. You can find the reference number in your order history if you have an account with us, or in your order confirmation email.
When will my parcel start being tracked?
Parcel tracking will start from the moment your package is collected. If you opt for a collection service, the courier will scan your package as soon as it's in transit. However, sometimes the information is not uploaded until it reaches the local depot.
For drop foff services, tracking will begin once you've dropped the parcel off. This will confirm that the package is in the network. The parcel will then be scanned again once the courier has collected the item from the drop off location.
