How do I package a large or heavier item?

If you're sending a large, heavy or long product, we advise you to select a new suitably-sized, strong cardboard box, preferably double-walled or even triple-walled with stitched or stapled seams. Pad the inside with protective material and secure with strong packing tape. We recommend reading our blog on how to send a large parcel by courier for further assistance.

I have a heavier item(s) to send. What can I do?

If the item you intend to send exceeds 1100kg, we recommend you book a Palletforce or Palletways pallet service. Both carriers will take parcels up to 1200kg.

What is my tracking number?

If you are having issues tracking your parcel, we are here to help. Contact our team today. Your tracking number starts with GB followed by 10 digits, e.g., GB1234567890. You can find the reference number in your order history if you have an account with us. You can find your tracking number in your order confirmation email.

When will my parcel start being tracked?

Parcel tracking will start from the moment your package is collected. If you opt for a collection service, the courier will scan your package as soon as it's in transit. However, sometimes the information is not uploaded until it reaches the local depot.
