Which items are prohibited or restricted with collection services?

There are certain items which are not suitable for courier delivery. These items, known as prohibited items, cannot be sent using any of our services– including Collection services. You can easily see which items this includes by taking a look at our list of prohibited items. Simply select the courier and destination you’re sending to see which goods our carriers will refuse to handle.

Towards the bottom of the page, you’ll see which items which are restricted. In most cases, these are at higher risk of being damaged during transit. Therefore, such items can be subject to possible surcharges, delays or returns. Any Transit Cover or guarantees will not be valid for these items and couriers can refuse to accept them.
