Use Import Orders in Shipping Manager to fetch eligible open orders from your selected Linnworks location. Paid and resend orders are supported. Orders already processed, on hold or parked are excluded, and orders already imported are skipped. Check the import log if an order is missing or needs attention.

Enter a connection name on Interparcel and continue to Linnworks. Sign in to the account you want to connect, review the requested access and authorise Interparcel. Return to your connection settings and choose an Import Location before importing orders. You do not need to copy an API token.

When Mark Booked Orders as Despatched is enabled, Interparcel sends the first carrier tracking number and processes the complete remaining order in Linnworks. Its existing Linnworks postal service is retained. Linnworks handles onward channel updates according to its channel settings. Split partial orders in Linnworks before importing, and check additional tracking there if your booking has multiple parcels.

Yes. Connect it on each Interparcel country website you use: UK, Australia or New Zealand. Choose a different Linnworks import location for each country so the correct warehouse orders are imported into each account.

The Interparcel Linnworks integration and Shipping Manager are free to use. There is no Interparcel subscription or platform usage fee for this connection; you pay for the delivery services you book.
