The integration imports physical items from paid, unarchived orders. Pre-orders, anonymised orders, gift vouchers and products that do not require shipping are excluded. Product weights and store currency are read from ShopWired; add parcel dimensions and review the details before booking.

Create or find an API Key and API Secret in your ShopWired account under API & webhooks or API keys. Give the credentials access to read orders, products and business details, and to update orders if you want despatch updates. Enter a connection name, API Key and API Secret on Interparcel. No store plugin is needed.

Yes. Save your ShopWired webhook signing secret in the Interparcel connection settings, then add and verify the supplied webhook URL in ShopWired for order.finalized, order.updated and order.status_changed. Enable Automatic Imports after setup. Eligible updates can import orders, refresh delivery details and remove cancelled orders from unbooked shipments. You can also use Fetch Orders in Shipping Manager.

Enable Mark Booked Orders as Despatched to return an Interparcel tracking link and mark complete, unchanged orders as shipped. ShopWired must have one default Shipped status. Partial bookings and changed orders need a manual check. For multiple parcels, the link uses the first Interparcel tracking number. Enable Send ShopWired Despatch Email if you also want ShopWired to send its order-status email.

The Interparcel ShopWired integration and Shipping Manager are free to use. There is no Interparcel subscription or platform usage fee for this connection; you pay for the delivery services you book. Your ShopWired account must support the required API access.
