EKM orders. Ready to send.

Only paid, confirmed orders with a status selected in Import Order Statuses are imported. Cancelled and refunded orders are excluded, and orders already imported are skipped. Choose the statuses your shop uses for orders ready to send, and check the import log if an order needs attention.

Enter a connection name on Interparcel and continue to EKM. Sign in to the correct shop and approve the requested access. Back in Interparcel, choose your import order statuses and a separate despatched order status. Your EKM shop must have API access, but you do not need to copy an API key.

Yes. Enable Automatic Imports in your connection settings to import eligible orders and refresh delivery details when EKM sends an order update. Cancelled or refunded orders are removed from unbooked shipments. Orders already in checkout or booked are left unchanged. You can also use Import Orders in Shipping Manager.

Enable Mark Booked Orders as Despatched to send the first tracking number and change a complete order to your selected Despatched Order Status after booking. Partial bookings need to be updated in EKM manually. For multiple parcels, check EKM for any additional tracking details you need to record. The status update does not send an extra EKM email.

The Interparcel EKM integration and Shipping Manager are free to use. There is no Interparcel subscription or platform usage fee for this connection; you pay for the delivery services you book. Your EKM shop must support API access.
