You can import paid orders requiring shipping with a status of Awaiting Processing, Processing or both, depending on your connection settings. Orders need physical items and valid delivery details. Cancelled and refunded orders are excluded, and orders already imported are skipped. Check the import log if an order needs attention.

Enter your numeric Store ID, a connection name and the secret access token from an Ecwid custom app. The app needs read_store_profile, read_orders and update_orders permissions. Your store must have a paid plan with API access. The setup guide explains where to find the credentials and how to apply permission changes.

Yes, after webhook setup. Configure your custom app with the Webhook URL shown in Interparcel and the order.created, order.updated and order.deleted events. Save the same app's client secret in your connection settings, then enable Automatic Imports. Ecwid updates can then trigger eligible order imports, address refreshes and removal of cancelled, deleted or refunded unbooked orders. Manual imports work without webhook setup.

Enable Mark Booked Orders as Despatched to send the first tracking number and mark a complete order as shipped after booking. Partial bookings must be updated in Ecwid manually. The Interparcel Ecwid integration and Shipping Manager are free to use. There is no Interparcel subscription or platform usage fee for this connection; you pay for the delivery services you book. Ecwid requires a paid store plan for API access.
