Orders must match your selected Import Order Statuses and contain physical items with a valid shipping address. Choose the statuses your shop uses for paid orders ready to ship. Configure separate cancellation or refund statuses to remove affected orders from unbooked shipments on refresh. Orders already imported are skipped.

Download the Interparcel plugin package for OpenCart 3.0.x or OpenCart 4.0.2.x / 4.1.x. Both require PHP 8.0 or later. Install the module, select and enable your store, then copy its API endpoint and connection key into Interparcel. After connecting, save separate import, cancellation/refund and despatch statuses. Yes. Save your order statuses and enable Automatic Imports in Interparcel to configure the webhook in your OpenCart module. OpenCart events can then trigger imports, delivery-address refreshes and removal of cancelled or deleted unbooked orders. If an update is missed, use Import Orders to refresh manually. Extensions that change orders directly in the database can bypass these events. Each store can send automatic updates to one Interparcel connection at a time.

Enable Mark Booked Orders as Despatched to set your chosen status and add the first tracking number and tracking link to the OpenCart order history. Only complete orders with unchanged items are updated automatically. Partial bookings or changed order items must be updated in OpenCart manually. For multiple parcels, check the order for any additional tracking details you need to record.

The Interparcel OpenCart plugin, integration and Shipping Manager are free to use. There is no Interparcel subscription or platform usage fee for this connection; you pay for the delivery services you book.
