Will my consignment be collected in the time slot I request?

Drivers will always try to stick to the requested time slot but they cannot guarantee that they always will.  For this reason, we are unable to provide a specific time frame for collections.

The collection times will always depend on the driver’s route on the day and we are not provided with this information.

For all-day services, collections can be made up until 6:00 pm from business addresses and 7:00 pm from residential addresses (this is 9:00 pm for Hermes services). This excludes weekdays, bank holidays and public holidays.

For more convenience, you can book one of our Drop Off services instead.
