New Shipping Manager Feature – Merge Your Orders

Do you often handle multiple shipping orders for a single customer?. If you sell on platforms like eBay, Etsy, or other online marketplaces, you might be familiar with the challenge of customers making multiple purchases separately, leading to separate transactions for each item. Similarly, customers on your ecommerce store might place consecutive orders, each processed individually.

To simplify this process, we’ve introduced the Merge feature!

Why Should You Use the Merge Feature?

• Save Time: Streamline your workflow by managing fewer shipments for the same customer.


• Lower Costs: Combining orders can help reduce shipping expenses.


• Improve Customer Satisfaction: Deliver all items together, enhancing the shopping experience for your customers.

How Does It Work?

• Find Suggested Merges: Click on “All Shipments” and select “Suggested Merges” or use the highlighted red arrow to see all possible merge opportunities.




• Merge Your Orders: Select the orders you want to combine, press the “Merge Orders” button, choose the parent order, and then click “Merge.”




• Verify Merged Orders: Ensure your orders are merged correctly by clicking the three dots next to the order and selecting “View Order Details” to see the items in the new merged order.




• Update Weight and Measurements: If you use Smart Boxing or a preset rule with Rule Manager, the system will automatically recalculate weights and dimensions. Otherwise, manually update the parcel’s measurements in the Shipping Manager.


• Unified Tracking Number: Merged orders will share the same tracking number, simplifying tracking for both you and your customers.


• One-Time Merge: Once orders are merged, you can only unmerge them by removing all orders from the shipping manager and re-importing them.
