Why are we doing this?
Regular password updates are widely regarded as a simple and effective way to strengthen account security. By prompting customers to refresh their passwords periodically, we can help reduce the risk of unauthorised access and ensure Interparcel continues to meet modern security expectations.
Looking ahead, we expect to carry out routine password resets approximately every six months as part of our ongoing commitment to account safety.

What you need to do
When you visit the site, you will be prompted to login, when you attempt this it'll state that you need to update your password and that a link will be sent via email. You then click on the link, set your new password and you're all done!

The process is quick and straightforward, and you will be able to continue using Interparcel as normal as soon as it's set.
Add an extra layer of protection (2FA)
2FA is an optional extra layer of security. When you sign in, you’ll enter your password as normal, then you’ll be asked for a one-time code. That code comes from an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator or Authy) and that's it, you're logged in.
The system will ask for a new code once a month but it really is one of the simplest ways to keep your account safe and we really recommend that you enable 2FA in your account settings.
