Evri has introduced a handy update to improve the way customers receive proof of drop-offs at Evri ParcelShops. The new Digital Receipt Service has now been rolled out across all Evri ParcelShops following a successful testing phase.
What's changing?
Previously, when you dropped off a parcel at a ParcelShop, you'd receive a printed paper receipt. Now, Evri is going digital - instead of a physical receipt, you'll get proof of drop-off via email.
How does it work?
When you drop off your parcel:
- The ParcelShop will ask you to provide your email address, and a digital receipt will automatically be sent
- You can choose not to provide an email address, but you won't receive any digital proof of drop-off
Why the change?
This move helps reduce paper waste while making it easier for you to store and access your drop-off confirmations. It's also quick and convenient - no more worrying about misplacing paper receipts!
Your email is safe
Your email address will only be used to send your drop-off receipt. It won't be used by Evri, or by Interparcel, for any marketing or promotional purposes (unless you have already opted in to these previously).
📣 Evri drop-off price update
Great news every time you drop off a parcel - Evri's prices have dropped across all weight bands on these services:
- Evri ParcelShop now from £3.00 (ex VAT)
- Evri UK Economy now from £3.75 (ex VAT)
- Evri ParcelShop Next Day now from £4.05 (ex VAT)
With savings of up to £1.15, it's now even more affordable to send your parcels with Evri through Interparcel.
