Interparcel's 2021 Highlights

It may have been a year of ups and downs, but it has definitely been a busy one here at Interparcel!

For individuals and eCommerce businesses, this has been a time of adaption and growth. We've listened to feedback and worked hard to introduce new business tools, integrations and services to broaden our wide choice of carriers and delivery services within the UK and internationally.

Let's take a look at our 2021 highlights…

New services

Hermes Postable Dimensions

Hermes Postable

Hermes Postable is a service designed for smaller, non-valuable parcel items that fit through the letterbox, prices start from only £1.75 (ex. VAT). There are also 4,600 ParcelShops and lockers spread around the UK to use for Drop Off services.

Yodel Direct

We also welcomed Yodel to our team of excellent parcel carriers so our customers can benefit from another affordable Drop Off service. Yodel have thousands of stores located across the country, open 7 days a week, providing a convenient delivery service that works around your schedule.

New integrations

Interparcel integrations work by creating a direct link between your online store with the Interparcel Shipping Manager. We are constantly adding new integrations to our portfolio and here are our latest ones:


Our Amazon integration will import any orders from your Amazon account into your Interparcel Shipping Manager account, where you can then choose your preferred courier services and send your order at some of the best prices around.

Not On The High Street

Equally, connecting your Not On The High Street account couldn't be easier! To set up, follow the 4 quick steps on the connection page to obtain your API token and storefront name.

New video

In August, we launched a brand new Interparcel video. Our video takes you through each stage of the Interparcel shipping process and features our office pooches for an added cute factor!

Changes to international deliveries

Since the UK left the EU, Brexit and VAT changes have caused disturbances in the courier industry. We understand that filling out a Customs form can be daunting, but it doesn't need to be!

Our blogs on IOSS and EU VAT e-Commerce rules have been popular for many business customers this year and assist in making the process as easy as possible.

We joined Instagram and LinkedIn

Back in April, Interparcel joined the Instagram and LinkedIn community! It has been great to share our latest news, offers and discounts to new and existing customers on both these platforms.

We expanded our 'paw'cel team!

Two new Interparcel dogs

It's well known that we are big advocates of pets in the workplace. Last year, we welcomed new pups Alfie and Albie to the office dog squad!

Albie, the Cocker Spaniel, loves to run around the office, playing with his fellow furry friends and having well-deserved cuddles with everyone he meets.

Alfie is Charlie the Shih Tzu's new younger pal, whose cheeky personality and love for toys makes everyone in the office smile - let's hope more dogs join the team this year!
