No one likes to receive an unexpected surcharge, this is why it is so important to be accurate when weighing and measuring your parcel. If correct details are entered at the time of booking you shouldn’t receive any unexpected charges as this is already calculated into the price. It is also important to look at your packaging as this can sometimes incur extra charges.
Pallet services use larger than normal vehicles, that can be up to 18 tonnes in weight. If you have any known access issues local to the collection or delivery address, then you must notify us in advance so that we can inform the courier directly. Please note that there may be additional charges levied if a smaller vehicle is required or if we are not notified in advance of access restrictions that could delay the delivery / collection, or make it unachieveable.
Please be aware that Palletforce charge a £10 additional fee if a delivery to going to an Amazon Fulfilment Centre. They may also charge additional handling to these addresses. This will be raised as a surcharge after delivery and must be paid.
