Secure The Pallet Safely
Use a sound pallet, distribute the weight evenly and shrink-wrap the load securely. Nothing should overhang the edges or protrude from the packaging.
Avoid unexpected delivery charges by checking your pallet's weight, dimensions, packaging, access and address details carefully before booking. If the information you enter is accurate, applicable standard charges will already be included in the price shown.
Weigh and measure the pallet accurately, secure the load correctly and check that the collection and delivery points have suitable vehicle and pallet-jack access. A failed collection surcharge may apply if the pallet is unsafe, inaccessible or unavailable when the driver attends.
The table below explains the most common Palletforce surcharges, when they may be applied and the minimum charge involved.

Collection requirements:
Pallets must be safe, securely packaged and ready at an accessible
kerbside or loading-bay location when the driver arrives. A driver
may refuse any pallet that cannot be moved or transported safely.
Please note:
These charges are correct at the time of publication and are subject
to change. Additional charges not listed on this page may also be
applied where relevant.
All charges for domestic pallet deliveries are subject to VAT.
Prepare the pallet and collection area carefully to reduce the risk of a refused or failed collection.
Use a sound pallet, distribute the weight evenly and shrink-wrap the load securely. Nothing should overhang the edges or protrude from the packaging.
Place the pallet on solid concrete or tarmac with suitable kerbside or loading-bay access. The sender must be present when the driver attends.
Pallet services use larger vehicles that can weigh up to 18 tonnes. Tell Interparcel in advance about any access restrictions at the collection or delivery address so the courier can be informed.
Additional charges may apply if a smaller vehicle is required or if an undisclosed restriction delays or prevents the collection or delivery.
Palletforce charges a £25 additional fee for deliveries to Amazon Fulfilment Centres and may also apply further handling charges. Any applicable charge will be raised after delivery and must be paid. Please review our Terms of Use for further information about additional charges.
