When orders are added from a CSV upload, Shipping Manager double-checks your data and determines that the carriers will have all of the required information. How do I upload a CSV file to our Shipping Manager?
1) Locate Shipping Manager
Select 'Business Tools' on the Account drop-down menu and click 'Shipping Manager'.
2) Choose CSV upload
Click on the 'Fetch Orders' button and choose 'Import from CSV'
3) Select your preferred CSV template
You can create a new template to match your data or download an example template and modify it where needed.
4) Upload orders using our Default Interparcel Template
Download the example and enter the details of your orders. If you're shipping multiple parcels in one order, you'll need to enter the information in two lines with the same customer reference number.
Save the template on your computer as a CSV file (comma delimited), then drag your CSV file into the upload box, or click to browse from your computer. Your orders will automatically appear in your Shipping Manager to process!
5) Or, upload orders using your template
If you prefer to upload your own template, select 'Create a New Template' and upload your chosen CSV file. You'll then need to name the template and match the Interparcel fields with the uploaded ones. When finished, click OK, and the orders will automatically be uploaded and ready to process!
