Your account dashboard is the first page you will see when you log in to your Interparcel account. The Dashboard is the heart of your account and has some great features to help you manage your deliveries better, whether you are a small business or an individual who sends a parcel or two! If you need to see a quick overview of your current and past order history, then it is a great place to start.
Where is my Account Dashboard?
Hover over the 'My Account' drop-down menu and select 'Dashboard' to display all your recent account activity.
Get familiar with your Dashboard:
The top of your Dashboard displays 4 clear and colourful summary boxes of all your orders placed in the last 30 days. You can customise the date range in the top right corner to only show relevant orders. Your Dashboard shows your orders that are either booked, in-transit, out for delivery or delivered all in one place. The status boxes are clickable, and when opened, will show your selected 'order history'. This feature is really useful if you have multiple parcels out for delivery because you can click the yellow box and see what orders are out for delivery on the day.
Parcels Sent, Total Spend, PrePay Credit
You can see how many parcels you have sent and your total spend for the time frame selected. This is handy to keep on track of monthly or weekly spends for budgeting purposes.
If you use PrePay Credit, you can easily view your remaining credit available. If you need to top up your PrePay balance or change to Auto top-up, you can do so by navigating to the PrePay section.
The yearly graph displays the number of parcels sent across the year so you can monitor your annual parcel deliveries. The chart is helpful to recognize patterns in your sales and popular months for orders. You can also go back to previous years for comparisons and utilise this data in your business strategy for future budget predications and peak planning.
Your Dashboard provides easy access to your recent orders placed with us. Quickly view the date, order number, service, name, country, and status in one glance. If you need more information on your shipments, you can click on each individual order for a more detailed summary of your customer's order profile.
