Whether you are sending a parcel within the UK or internationally, you can track your package at anytime on the Interparcel website.
We provide multiple ways in which customers can track their parcel at every step of its journey. Your unique tracking number will start with GB followed by 10 digits, e.g., GB1234567890. You can find the reference number in your order history or in the booking confirmation email.
You can check the progress of your delivery, 24 hours a day, via our tracking portal. Simply click on 'Track My Parcel' on the header toolbar of the Interparcel website and type in your unique tracking number. You will then be able to view condensed tracking and detailed events updated by the courier the service was booked via.
An orders tracking and delivery status can quickly be viewed for multiple shipments in your Interparcel Account. Hover over 'My Account', select 'My Orders' and filter your orders by tracking status, service, date range or service. For detailed tracking details, simply click on the order in question. You can also reprint shipping documentation or labels from here!
Don't forget, that during the booking stage you can keep you or your receipient updated on your parcels journey by opting into email and SMS notifcations!
