A big thank you to everyone at the 14th annual Gatwick Diamond Business Awards for having us last week!
The Award identifies businesses that made conscious decisions to develop agile and flexible working within their business, introducing new training and support to staff, in order to create an enhanced work-life balance and working environment. We were recognised for our success in operating a call centre remotely during the pandemic without any loss of service to our customers. A huge well done to our team for all their hardwork and resilience during these challenging times as we continue to implement a successful work-life balance.
Interparcel were shortlisted as finalists in three other categories in the GDBA; The Award for Customer Delight, Employer of the Year, and The Award for Business Resilience & Transformation.
The exclusive black-tie ceremony took place in the Empress Suite of The Grand Hotel, Brighton. The Gatwick Diamond Business Awards identifies and celebrates businesses who have shown excellence, inspiration and innovation in their work over the past year. The awards were judged and sponsored by big names in business and we are so thrilled to have been recognised for our team's hard work and achievements.
