No one likes to receive an unexpected surcharge, this is why it is so important to be accurate when weighing and measuring your parcel. If correct details are entered at the time of booking you shouldn’t receive any unexpected charges as this is already calculated into the price. It is also important to look at your packaging as this can sometimes incur extra charges.
If you are not in and miss the collection driver, you will be charged the full price of the order (meaning you will not be refunded for the service).
Another collection attempt will not be made and you will need to rebook the order.
If the order if then cancelled, you will be refunded any additional transit cover that was purchased.
If you mis-declare a shipment (either the weight and/or dimensions), any charges incurred will be passed to the sender, along with a £10 fine from the courier.
If a shipment has been packaged with voids in the parcel and there is room for the items inside to move around, this could incur additional charges if the parcel is top heavy and falls off the conveyor. In addition to this, there will be a £10 fine from the courier.

If you choose to include your own invoice, all details — including contents, declared values, and shipping costs — must exactly match the information entered on our site.
