Tell me more...

Since launching in Poland in 2009, InPost has grown exponentially – 60 million parcels were sent with InPost in 2017, effectively revolutionising the way we send and receive parcels forever. Today, there are over 1,000 lockers located in the UK alone, and they’ve partnered with Hermes to ensure all UK parcels are transported securely.

InPost works with some of the UK’s largest retailers, including Boohoo, ASOS, and Holland & Barrett, among others, which allows customers to return unwanted items easily at a convenient location.

When Should I Use InPost?

If you are sending a small parcel within the UK and want the flexibility and convenience of using a locker system then InPost is a great option for you. The majority of these lockers are available out of standard hours and so offer a unique service to people who don't work 9-5.

Will InPost Pick Up My Parcel?

No, we do not currently offer a collection service with InPost. If you need to use a collection service please take a look at our other courier services.

Can I Drop My Parcel off to InPost?

Some items are deemed as Restricted or Prohibited on our services so please make sure you read our Prohibited list to ensure that you will be covered.

Is there anything else I should know about InPost?

InPost don't have their own vans making the deliveries so you will likely see that your parcel is delivered by your friendly Hermes courier.

How do I Send a Parcel with InPost?

To send a parcel through Interparcel it's really very simple:

  1. First package your parcel carefully. We recommend using a good quality cardboard box and internal packing materials (like packing peanuts, bubble wrap, or newspaper) to protect the contents.
  2. Measure and weigh your parcel carefully. All of our prices are based on the weight and size of the parcel, getting this wrong could mean you pay too much for your delivery.
  3. Use our easy booking page to get a quote and choose your InPost courier service. We have a variety of delivery options available so just select the one that's best for you and your needs.
  4. Once you book you’ll receive your shipping label which you should print out and stick on your parcel. All InPost services require you to have access to a printer.
  5. Take your parcel to the InPost Locker at a time that is convenient for you.
