Initially established as a company that could reduce costs and maximise efficiencies for international mailing campaigns, but have since grown and developed. In 2010, a strategic partnership with Swiss Post International was formed, giving Direct Entry access to better rates and enabling a much broader reach.
Direct Entry Solutions (D.E.S) also know as Direct Entry were formed in 2003 and are an independent UK based parcel service provider that offer an efficient yet cost effective international parcel and package courier service.
In 2015 Direct Entry formed a strategic partnership with Austria Post enabling a greater global reach as a UK based E.T.O.E. (Extra Territorial Office of Exchange) Postal Operator.
From its origins Direct Entry has been using innovations that decreases customer costs and increases levels of service - sending parcels across Europe and beyond.
Currently serving Europe, the Direct Entry Solutions services we offer are a collection service and a drop off service. Parcels are collected by the Hermes network where they are delivered directly to the Direct Entry Solutions hub for delivery overseas. Deliveries are usually within 5 to 7 days.
From the moment your parcel is collected, you can track it step-by-step from the base at Heathrow until it arrives at your recipient's door.
