We have a real-life, UK based team of parcel experts on-hand, seven days a week, to suit our customer's busy schedules. Our support team is knowledgeable about all the courier services we offer, along with the functionality of the website, and we pride ourselves on delivering friendly, efficient and helpful support over the phone, live chat, contact form, or email. If you prefer the traditional approach- you can even write to us!

You can call us on 0333 3000 700, Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 8pm. We also operate Live Chat until 8pm. If you would prefer to email us, our address is help@interparcel.com.
